⤱ Wulfenite ⤱

Wulfenite is a lead molybdate mineral with a formula of Pb(MoO4). It occurs generally as tabular or bipyramidal crystals that may be yellow, red, colourless, even blue.

This is a nice yellow wulfenite from the now-closed locality of Whim Creek in Western Australia. The crystal is approximately 1.2mm across.
